I've changed my number... twice. Blah :) I get it though. I guess I'll finally have to put my foot down and stand by the decision I make instead of letting my heart lead me straight back into the fire.

Walk away, hang up, don't answer... all these things. If it's done, then have it be done. You can't move on and heal unless you quit burying yourself it over and over again. If you know it's never going to be the way you want it or need it to be, call an absolute halt to it. Then you can say "The End" and move forward, really know that it is the end.
Just my two cents of course.

seriously...just keep ignoring her. I know it's hard but if she's said that she would stop before what would make this time any different? Maybe you should think about changing your number? Maybe she'll finally get the hint this time. Good Luck!
