Thanks Naut!!
What great pictures!  I can imagine what a rewarding time you had there, it is marvelous to see disabilities fly out the window like that.  I learned alot obout the abilympics which I'll post on my blog.  I feel bad because I haven't been around much either.  I have some time now so here goes

Kaboom

I have just been catching up with all your recent posts - great fun, although I realize that the document problems with Washington probably weren't much fun for you! I looked at the silver sites - interesting! If you could translate that, maybe your hubby could do business in this part of the world...

The 'special Olympics' thing is also interesting. This summer I was involved in helping with a World Championship for disabled sailors at our sailing club, and it was very rewarding. You can take a look at it here: http://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/Nautikos6191/486402

abil-olympic
yes you're probably right. i asked papa bean and he said that the para-olympics was for sports and that the abil-olympics was for "ability" or skill?  so i guess we're on the right path....
