This does not define who you are as a person. Just remember that. Good and decent people find themselves in this situation. Remember to tell yourself the good things about yourself every day. Keep at it until you convince yourself. In other words give attention to the person that you often neglect. A friend told me this yesterday because I too felt bad about my money issues.
