MiaElla, kids don't care
about money. You'd be surprised how many kids sit alone on Christmas Eve while their parents work to earn some extra cash. Especially around here with so many people working at restaurants. I think if you asked the kids, they'd rather have less presents and spend the time drinking hot cocoa and making cookies, maybe watching movies like 'Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer'. I couldn't tell you my favorite Christmas present, but I can tell you I've seen almost every Christmas movie ever made and like my hot chocolate with whipped cream and cinnamon.

You're right Miaella. I live an area of conspicuous consumption (16th
wealthiest county in the United States) and to see the junk the rich people buy when they could be just as happy with something less expensive makes me wonder about people's priorities.
