I'm putting this blog under my favorites because I like chatting with you,

and you give me ideas.  Thanks for being here.  You probably might be interested to know why I enjoy you, being a silly girl and all...  Well, I'm accustomed to being around highly intelligent people.  It gives me comfort.  My mother is one, her husband is a physicist and a genius, and my sister has a doctorate in economics.  My grandparents were a pediatrician and a dentist, my stepfather was a doctor of music professor, and my favorite person to sit next to in school was our Valedictorian.  This information in no way implies that I am as smart as all of those people, but I feel in my comfort zone around someone with a brain and a lot to say.

I definitely take your humorous point...

...assuming it was humorous.

Don’t forget that the street vendor and the Mom & Pop on the corner are ALSO free enterprise.  Enron, of course, shows us exactly why we need some way of controlling the cheats. Some of us believe government controls are best, but others (including me) believe we can do better if we limit government involvement, but—at the same time—make sure the bad guys get their comeuppances. I think we all want to get to the same place. We just differ on how to get there.
