Hi PatB,
We can analyze ourselves and others tl the cows come home, but that mystery eludes me. That and creativity. There's a study about the Iowa writer's workshop and how many of them suffer from depression and manic depression.
Out of 30 writers, a good percentage do or have it in their family.
