Yes TAPS, I agreed with you. I used to recruit nurses and encourage students to take up nursing. I am still promoting nursing to the school leavers, especially male students. There is an acute shortage of nurses all over the world.

I am one of the old people lovers.  I was brought up that way and it stuck.  That was one reason that I became a nurse, to work with geriatrics.  The hardest part of being a nurse, for me, was high workload and shortage of time for each patient.  I wanted to spend time and conversation with each one and a nurse just can't do that these days.
