I don't swim. There's a reason. I've never learned how. I prefer showers
over baths. And I've only been in a public swimming pool a couple times. Baths, lakes, public swimming holes and pools disgust me. And that's just a hygiene thing. Now, it's an amoeba thing as well...

I've been hearing about this a lot lately. There have been other summers that I have read about a case here or there, but as you say, it seems to be more prolific. It is such a creepy, awful thing. I used to swim in lakes when I was young, without a worry. I surely wouldn't do it now.
