Why relief?
Actually i'm a fraud, i never dream in color. dream? feel weak? You recognize someone, even though you can't see them? Yes, you are you and not you and others. YOU JUST KNOW.....

Why relief?
Look at my post "WAKE UP" on 7/24. But don't dream about it and don't look at your watch. Take naps. That increases your dream recall. Hey, what do i know? Loser pat out, don't dream...............
don't dream

Often there are other people in dreams, though they are not always
actually other people They may be aspects of yourself, too, and mysteriously your perspective can change to "theirs."

I should have thought so too when I wrote it, then.
Thanks for pointing this out.

Re: richinstore
Thank you rich. I've also read antonionioni's comments and he's also right. A dream doesn't have to be 'surrealistic'.

Sometimes in my dreams
I'm not myself, or I'm watching the dream like a tv and then suddenly I'm part of it. Strange. I like your ideas!

Well there's dreams and then there's surrealism, the two are different.
My own dreams are fairly realistic. I don't usually know they're a dream at the time! But I'm sure people will understand if you decide to make the dreams surreal.

Certainly an exciting topic. I've written a few times of paradox;
coincidence of sorts, where the topic of the dream slid right into play the next day, an instance; I do bookkeeping for a Wolf conservatory. The first nightmare, Tues night, involved getting attacked by a she-wolf. The following night, the conservatory actually captured the she-wolf....IT WAS A FRIGGIN SEQUEL. So I'm rather freaked out and disoriented the next morning, but it's Thursday and I'm scheduled to be at the conservatory. The first 'coincidence' was when I was pulling onto the main road, the director flew by and honked his horn, so I 'tailed' him all the way to the admin. I joked when exiting our cars, "Ever feel like you're being followed?" He laughed nervously, "Yea, I'm late. They're bringing in a wolf this morning." I was, well, still a little disoriented and a little anxious. The handler (which was a large part of the second dream) flew by my desk within the half hour and yelled, "She's here." And everyone headed for the staging area where the truck was unloading, to see the she-wolf they had captured in the local area. ~ Just my two cents worth ~
When dreams collide with reality.

Matie... I keep a dream journal.
If you have time, you should write some of your own dreams down as soon as you wake up in the morning and then use them as references.
