Thank you for your kind words. I will take that advice. I am much better now but would like to help others like me. That is why I write about depression. Maybe what I write will reach someone who doesn't think they can make it through like I felt. IT is my hopes to reach out to them and let them know they are not alone and their disease is nothing to be ashamed of and there IS help available. Thanks again!
