You are right mneme, it still has power over me
I'm aware of this and I'm trying to get out what I can, at the time I feel I need to get it out, and then the rest of the time I just try to keep myself busy.

I agree with antonionionio. People just don't know the damage they do, do they? All I can offer is that by letting it get to us, we allow that person to continue to have power over us. (believe me, I know).
