you'll know when you want to write about something else. sounds to me like this person can't step out of his comfort zone, whereas you have travelled and built a life outside the box. enjoy it.

I could go on and on and on about it... but it's time to move on. There's really nothing that hasn't been said. It's just the same old story, it's happened to lots of women. I'll let it go eventually, it'll take some time. But I'm going to have to find something else to write about
. But it's so easy to write about heartbreak isn't it?

Well pelagus here's the deal
The first time I told this person goodbye back in 1997, I wrote him a VERY long e-mail (yes this is an internet relationship). It was very very long, exhaustive even. This time, I thought it best to keep it short. This time my e-mail (yet, another e-mail) said only what absolutely had to be said. I didn't want it to be goodbye in an e-mail again but he kept me at such a distance there was no other way.
