Dangerous Road Ahead
I'm certainly not an expert, but increased unemployment, sky high mortgage default rates, and a downward trending market don't exactly point to a bright economic future. In my opinion, the rate decrease will do nothing - it may even cause investors to run for the exits.
Fortunately, I'm already poor, and I rent, so I don't have to worry about losing all my hard earned equity.
Good to know that someone cares about this stuff.
