Re: I've never even read "Wuthering Heights".

I actually read it without having to read it for school, although I'm sure we also had to read it there - I love it.

The Black Death didn't help.. and I never did find those bunny slippers

Re: Never read it
Welllll.. it very much depends on how you look at it - it's one of my favourite books - it's eerie, it has a dark feel to it.... in one sense, I suppose it does end badly but in another (if you are totally caught up in the romance of the story like me) the ending is quite beautiful .... although it just occurs to me now that I'm thinking of the Laurence Olivier/Merle Oberon film and that the book is different.  I would recommend the film!  I think the book ends more badly than the film :)

Never read it
Which is strange because I read a lot... Hmmmm... Does it end badly? Because I hate those!

I've never even read "Wuthering Heights".

We were supposed to read it for school, actually, but I just read some reviews on the internet, then dramatically "edited" the text to make it sound more like me.

I bet it was pretty hard to get a date if you had the Black Death.
