My guess is that we fall again on the same cycle because we are only humans after all. And making sure we don't make mistakes again is our never-ending struggle.

libbyt - I used to live with depression, but not any more. I'm even off
the drugs. I do, however, swing from time to time. Some of the things that help me, are physical exercise, doing something on purpose that I enjoy, even it's just an ice cream cone and I also try to swing my thoughts to something positive. Welcome to Blogit, by the way.
