I'd probably guess that good old Bill's share of responsibility
for the problem ranged closer to 90 percent. If he'd paid his payments, they'd not have jacked his car in the first place. If he'd been half smart he'd never have let it get to that point, which explains why he thought he could stop a Chevy with a golf cart. well, duh!
