So, I guess we can look forward to another brain-damaged child
that social services, teachers and the criminal justice system will have to deal with for the next 40 or 50 years. Although, until maybe 20 years ago, or 30, nobody knew it wasn't cool to have a couple drinks and smoke a cig while pregnant.
