Corbin: I'm not saying that Saddam was a good leader but the current situation isn't any better now.

Corbin,
I love to antagonize the left. They are so shallow and callous yet people fall for their drivel hook, line and sinker. All they have to do is read the quote from one of their gurus. Yet, they can even do that with an open mind.

Yes......
If only we could bring Saddam back to life.....put him back in power.......none cv of the other things would have happened......sigh!

Looks like your posting of this quote proved your point, yet again......

Yes, wavy, make good points, but........
the USA is in a position and it's in our best interests and just the right thing to help people who want and need liberty. Most Iraqi's today have never known liberty or freedom. We are right to try and give them that. The cost may be high, but not many people are willing to give their lives for another. We all know the great saying that goes along with that last statement I made!

Let Every Nation Know........
Being in Iraq doesn't make us more secure.  John F. Kennedy was wrong when he said that in his inaugural address of January 20, 1961.  It isn't the United States responsibility to democratize or save the world from themselves.  It's up to each country and their citizens to take care of themselves.  It doesn't say anywhere in the United States Constitution that we are required to save the world from themselves.  Is the situation in Iraq today any better than it was prior to our invasion?  The answer is clearly no.
