I'm not much of a fan of the new style D&D either, I'm an old timer. My days of playing D&D started over twenty years ago and kinda held onto the system that was used back then. :) I liked the Ravenlost series....it was alot of fun...:)

And in turn, your stuff reads pretty good too. Only had a skim through your first few entries, will have to finish reading it some other time then when I'm technically at work ;)
I too am a RL RPGer. I find it helps keep the mind fresh. Not a big fan of modern-day "D&D" but things like Ravenloft and Birthright have a special place in my heart. Many fond memories of inescapable mists and ruling over entire regions :)
