I understand and can relate.

when people change (as they often do) other peoples views annoy me.

my family are te same....I feel that I know myself better than I ever did...I have came such a long way....yet family try bringing you down a peg or too...even when you are happy with the way things are...

I don't think anything can be done about it....we just have to live to accept eachother.

Take care.

Re: Hi Dark Heart...Wow, I never would have imagined or expected
Hi Mysteria!

Yes I most definitely would. The art itself is very, very good. Not only for the sake of combat, but because the changes made in you are for the better. The people I've met in the time after the changes took place are not bothered by me at all. It seems to be the people who are used to you acting one way, then they suddenly realize your different, they are the one's who have the problem. The art of Shou Shu is one I highly recommend to everyone.

a reaction like this....very interesting read.  Would you still recommend this discipline, now that you know it's effects on others?

Welcome to my world.....
An excellent post! You know how I feel about and see this possition your in. I've been there....and I'm still there. The people around us simply have to learn to understand who we are...and that we're only becoming the people we were ment to be. All I can really say, is welcome to the mind of the warrior...where we see the world through different eyes, and others see our eyes as different. Keep up the good blogs...:)
