That's extraordinary work!  Well done!  Charity work is very difficult at times because I feel, now, there are so many of them and most people do want to help but there's only so many $ to go around.  So, publicity is key.   I used to work in this field, publicity-media relations.  I don't know how things work where you are but up here, there are many ways to receive free publicity through tv and radio and they're called PSA's (Public Service Announcements) and sometimes all is needed is some sort of draw.  A theme to promote.  For instance when I promoted, 'The Taming of a Shrew' one summer, I publicized that the play was 400 years old and Opening Night would be a Birthday Celebration.  I organized women opera singers to sing aria's, fruit vendors, fire eaters and jugglers, etc., made an outdoor market --all donated and free for simply putting their company name in the program.  I invited the Food Bank down to set up their bin and people; 'cost' of Opening Nights are always free, so I asked instead that patrons bring a food donation for entry.  For a give-a-way (because it was an outdoor tent located in front of the Royal Bank building) I had donated paper which had shredded money in it and that's what I used to fashion fans to accompany the programs.........So many other things and it was all free --even the catering.  If you'd ever like some suggestions, I'm all ears.  Blessings to you!
