One sign that a society is failing and in danger of dying --
any animal group, not just humans -- is when they begin to destroy their young. They are deleting their (our) future. Your question about whether or not these people are losing their minds is dead on. And I'm afraid the answer is yes. We're out of sync with nature and our own humanity.

These two instances are insane. Honestly, I don't know what makes people tick. Deplorable, using innocent children in any way to selifishly try and garner your own wishes. Just terrible.

People have lost respect, concern and truth toward other people. Too often people forget one person is as good as another. They simply don't act that way toward others. When it comes to parents harming their children it has gone too far. Be blessed. I feel I have to stand up simply being nice to people or about people who are doing wrong in the world especially those in power is not acceptable to me. Thank you for reading.
