tee hee. I like George Bush mainly for his linguistic tiks. "Make the pie higher." Good one.

Bush is a puppet - he is certainly not in control - thank God!
That'd be even worse. To anyone who doubts that, just consider whether Bush is talented enough to be president, or whether he has been chosen by others for other reasons than his ability. No-brainer, isn't it - I hope...

Hi Offy - it wasn't meant to be a dig at America itself, just at Bush.
If we're talking nations, though, both the USA and Britain are guilty for contributing to global warming - assuming it is down to mankind's activities at all, but most scientists think it is.

Bush is just a puppet!A puppet who fails...

While I can appreciate both sides I hardly think he is the cause of any if there is any global warming...And let us say there is such a thing and that mean old men are the cause...what has England done as of late to help the cause?

Hi Bhaskar - I miss my old specs - strange. But I'd rather be without.

Hi Tony

This is one universal comment you have got, and so will be mine. Though I do not use specs to see with my old foggy eyes, I used it today, and hence my comment...

Glad you can appreciate both sides!

Okay Kabu - Hmmm, I wonder if I could use white lettering next time
on a red background? Would that be easier to read?

Good question, Proc. I never expected him to win a second term.
Kerry wasn't a good candidate, but then neither was Bush!

Tony
We both dislike him, but for different reasons - my criticisms come from the right - not tough enough with Communist China, and especially not tough enough on trying to stop massive illegal immigrations into the U.S. - and yes, I'm well aware that much of corporate America is to blame - hire illegal immigrants = pay them less money (in cash), therefore no taxes - it makes me very angry, just like you're angry at him for your reasons.

Hi Mary - The American flag's not good for writing poetry on, is it?
The British flag would be even worse. And the Canadian flag. They haven't got stripes to write poetry on.
