I wouldn't be so angry with Centurytel if I was rude or short tempered with them but I was polite, patient, I thanked each person I talked to for their time spent in my behalf. I did NOT threaten to find another ISP, although I
was considering it, at the time. They misled me that "unlimited internet" meant
exactly that. When the first bill came, there was an $85.00 charge for going past their 2,000 minute limit on our phone service. I asked all the right questions, was assured that there would be NO surprises and not to worry. Now they are charging an EXTRA $27.00 reconnection fee, because THEY disconnected our service and said it was at
our request! We hadn't been late paying our bill, didn't complain about quadrupling of what we pay for internet service BECAUSE it was unlimited! They should be
very glad that I don't work for the Post Office. Guy

the holy hell you have been going thru these last few days!! I so hate when I have to talk customer service with roadrunner or any service that
should be nice to us!!!

I appreciate hearing what others think. After all I've gone through with my ISP (centurytel) the last three days, I really needed to have someone tell me that all the trouble is
worth it to
