No, proc, it actually was just an ordinary run-of-the-mill fender bender type thing.

You sure it was a con? Sometimes the truth is so boring and unbelievable
that people lie.

Absolutely, Strat. I mean, broken bones will mend over time ... broken promises will not.

The very nerve.
Body cast; schmoddy cast, right?

I was aware that you were joking, Enigmatic.
Or, at least, drunk.

Mademoiselle
I hope you sensed I was joking - I'd like to (if she's dead) go back in time, and have a little chat with the gal who came up with the saying, "It's a man's world."

I. am. bak. (a little bit)

So says you, Enigmatic.

Mademoiselle
Yes, but handsome men are much more powerful than attractive women - now I'm really LOL!!!

Well, actually Noelle's an attractive girl, Enigmatic ...

but I don't "go that route".

Mademoiselle
Fortunately, when I forget (or just don't feel like) showing up somewhere, people don't get mad, cause I'm so damn handsome, smart, and funny - LOL!!!

Exactly my point, Kabu!

It was extremely rude of her. She's lucky I'm such a good friend, and will let it slide this time.

OMG, YOU PROBABLY BROKE A NAIL
No one could expect you to be listening properly if that happened. Besides all that coffee you had to drink while you waited wouldn't helpmaybe even wineyes some friends can be just too self centred when  GIRL IS ALL DISTRESSED.

Don't worry, TAPS.

She's expected to recover eventually.

mademoiselle
I hope there is no body cast involved.

Your reply is in the mail, T.

Sorry, I was too excited,
my grammar was all wrong.

(full of compliments.)

OMG. Did you just did what I THOUGHT you did (to "IT")?!
Hahahaha!

posted by bandanafish on May 2, 2007 at 9:24 PM | link to this | reply

I was joking, dummy.

And that email was dead on. Don't lie.

posted by Mademoiselle on May 2, 2007 at 9:23 PM | link to this | reply

Not really, everyone's so fed up with her. She doesn't
show up for piano ensembles, and we actually found an emergency back-up in case she doesn't feel like showing up for the recital tomorrow. Oh, yeah, she also claimed to have contracted "virus in the throat."

p.s. your e-mail... not true! Why would I be (afraid of...)?!

But what if he really was in the hospital, though, T?

Won't you feel terrible?

posted by Mademoiselle on May 2, 2007 at 9:18 PM | link to this | reply

It's like my "friend", Liz, looked all stressed out the last time I saw her
(a couple weeks ago) claiming her father was in the hospital... I mean, come on!
