Hi MaggieMae...What a beautiful and inspirational story. Thanks for sharing
this. I believe that we would all be much happier if we simply live in the moment! I'm working on it!

Hello, menme.........
I figured that some of the bloggers probably had, but it's still a good writing to share.  You're right, it is good advice.  Thanks.

Absolutely inspirational. Did you ever see a movie called
Death Becomes Her.  These two women obsess about the elixir for livng forever.  The husband of one refuses to take it so he dies at 80.  But from the age of 50 he does so much worthwhile work, has a wife and kids etc that he achieves more than those women whose only aim is living forever.  Whenever I think I havnt achieved much in life I need to read stuff like this. Thank you for sharing.

Yes, Cee, it does read that way.......

but the older I get, the less I obey it.  haha

I don't know who wrote this story, but it sends a great message to the young, doesn't it?  I felt compelled to share it with all the bloggers in the hope that they will "build a garden" such as this.  My parents tried to instill something like this into me but I went on and did it my way.  Well, I'm comfortable with my life, but it could have been better, you know?  Everybody can learn from this, it's never too late.

Thanks for reading.

Nautikos...........

I don't have many in my yard, I don't have a garden, but they're beautiful and amongst the first to bloom each spring.  I love them.

Thank you, Nautikos, and have a good day.

Lovely lady RaeS.............

That line, in particular, caught me eye too.   This is a wonderful lesson we could all learn from.  This lady had a goal from early on and the results were magnificent.

Thank you for reading, Sweetie.

Mags-
I just loved that story. It is true, don't put off today what you could do tomorrow, or it that the procrastinator's creed?  I think it should go: Don't put off till tomorrow what you can do today. That's it!! Great post!
