Well, I got this from a friend, so I don't know if it's true. But knowing how the PC crowd thinks, it's quite possible...

the threat fire hydrants pose to public health is an issue I have been concerned with for a long time, and I am very grateful that you have done your part to properly educate your son, as well as your daughter, I should hope. I may well do a series on this problem...

Fire hydrants are marked off with blue reflective tiles in the road here.. letting fire trucks know where they are placed easily. When my son was small he discovered that bit of information on our walks and always wanted to go touch the fire hydrant when he came upon a blue tile in the road.. It wasn't until recently that he realized why I didn't want him to touch all the fire hydrants.

Shame on you for not taking this issue more seriously! It angers me to no end that other people waste their time worrying about the war on terror, or the illegal immigrant invasion, when they should be focusing on life or death issues like this one!

I'm sure they are! Apart from that, I think the problem was that only male dogs use fire hydrants as urinals, whereas bitches squat...
