I've never heard of that! I'd like to ask J's daughter if her friends talk about (or play) that game, but I don't want to put the idea into her head if she hasn't heard about it!

This is such a sad thing. Those children don't want to die. They don't even think that there might be a chance of that. Death is not real to them at that age. Parents must make a concerted effort to educate their children to the consequences of playing that "game". Not only that, they need to be given something to do as an alternative--something positive.
