It's so pretty up there..Mackinac Island is where the movie "Somewhere in Time" was filmed. My parents used to take my brother and I there as children...Good luck and yes the date sounds like a great idea!!

Bel.....
Mackinac Island is beautiful.....no cars only horse carriages and bicycles......15 minute ferry ride to St. Ignace or 15 minute ferry ride to Mackinac City.......
