Now there's a kinky thought, Pat. Down-filled jockstraps. Down boy. Cost Rica sounds like a good deal, but you'll have to be aware of one thing - a friend of ours just returned from that very country and he complained that when he bought an iced drink the little cocktail umbrella fell over when the ice melted. "That doesn't happen in Canada," he grumbled.

Talk about downsizing. It's not just for corporations any more...
So when are you moving to Florida? Lately, for some reason, (and we're not dealing with Arctic cold here) I've been thinking two words, over and over. Costa Rica. I imagine all that rain-soaked ice is going to be slicker than... well, you know. Do they make down-filled jock straps? :)

That is a wonderful idea, mneme. I will add a bottle of cognac to the shopping list.

Cheeky as ever... I like David Niven's story about snow and a certain something (
The Moon's a Balloon). A glass of brandy apllied topically helped on that occasion.

Ciel
You could be right about the brain freeze, ciel. It doesn't take long for a pea sized brain to freeze.
