and he'll never respect u unless you respect yourself... and DEMAND his...
from what it sounds like, he controls your relationship right now.
You have to regain control. If you're really scared that he wouldn't honestly care when you threaten to be less there for him, then i really do wonder why you bother,. if he really doesnt care, you shouldn't bother
in my experience, i had to give up on the guy. he didn't respect me.
