Azur
I like your idea of markers that spur you on, Azur.  All the best.

Local work is always a blast! Especially when it pays well!

A workman is worthy of his / her hire...
Being paid for what you do, for what you love to do, is a GOOD Thing.  It sounds like you're doing exactly what you should -- you've "paid your dues" and worked for nothing... Congrats on the local to you project - I hope it's all fun. :)

I wish I didn't have to care about money either.
I was talking with my dad, and he has no interest in writing about what happened to him. He said he never wants to think about it again.  He told me they make gravy in prison made out of bleach soaked chicken livers.  Gross!!  He's afraid of starting over again, now that he's going to be 56.  56 isn't old, but it's a scary age to have nothing. I suppose he has a lot of things to worry about, but at least he will be at home, and at least his kids are grown-up.  Anyway, I hope things go your way.

Hi Azur!
Good to see/read you again! Did you send a few chapters of your book to a publisher? I'm still rewrting mine and if I even think of the next step of publishing, my brain shuts down.

Azur, it is good to do things for the money
it is a large part of the society we live in and essential for existence.  You do much more than just exist, so enjoy abundance in riches!  Capitalism isn't all bad

Things are looking up. Perhaps fruition time is upon you and all those
long-planted seeds are above ground and ready for Spring.
