Manda...
I think it proves one thing, astronauts are human after all, and to be human is to be imperfect.  That is not offered as an excuse, just a way to understand.

I can not understand how anyone could do this. I particularly can't understand how any mother of three, married 19 years and having achieved the many things she has could do such a thing. It is a sad day when the world is full of lust. We have sunk the lowest surely in history. One can gain the whole world and lose his/her soul. I don't believe one who truly is a born again Christian, living according to Gods mandates would have ever come to this place. I am sorry for her. She is of the world and not my place to judge but she can be forgiven if she is repentant and forgiving herself.  We hear of many atrocities committed by 'christians' but I believe those will hear, "I never knew you."
