Back in the 1950s a B movie called " Homicidal" was made.

B movie? I tell you, this was one of the most puzzling, and truly scary movies that I've ever seen.

Like the original " Invasion of the Bodysnatchers" it was made at time long before we became accustomed to -- and sated by --Grande Guignol schlock horrors, such as the Elm St and Halloween pics.

I guess we were more cinematically innocent then.

If you ever get a chance to watch Homicidal, do it!

I still stand by the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Child Catcher. I was about 5 or 6 when it came out and saw it about 4 times at the cinema. I used to run to the toilets when the child catcher came on. He still creeps me out now.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang? LOL.  The scene from Silence of the Lambs is a good one.  What scared me in Poltergeist was the bodies in the swimming pool pit.
