You may want to consider early retirement and move here. Oh you would not have to retire work would easily be available. We havent had snow since 1994. Today it is cold 31 degrees high and 24 degrees low. But it is so pretty and the weater is at least bearable. I have a friend in MI I have been trying to get to retire here and she says she waited to long, set in her ways and won't do it. She also has a lot of real estate she still manages. I am blessed.

slam, I would concur. It's been weird.
Speaking of global warming, my parents in CA have also enjoyed lower than usual temps -- in the 20s or so. We're quickly warming up, I can see. . . . .
