Ah, the world of e-commerce...

The only problem is, you cannot grab ahold of someone's lapels and grab their attention.  I had an order that they told me would be on backorde for 6 to 8 weeks.  When I called to check on it, they said they had no way of knowing when a backorder would be released!  It 's too bad, I really like Knapp shoes, they are the most comfortable I have ever worn, but I don't think I can put up with the BS forever.

Thanks for the warning.

I had a similar situation last Christmas.  A friend of my mother's requested that I make bracelets for her mother and mother-in-law.  I ordered some beads from iBeads; I'd never ordered from them before, but they had the best deal.  First, they charged my credit card twice; then I didn't get my package until mid-January.  I had to get the beads from my aunt.  I've never shopped with them since.
