Jems, man I HATE stuff like this!
You should alert your credit card company. Most of them have buyer protection. Even if you do eventually get the item, you should not have to pay for shipping and they should give you a big discount, too! If you still have the order confirmation email, save it and forward it to your CC company as proof of when they were to deliver. Maybe you should even report them to the Online BBB.
