My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that we didn't gain
over the holidays. I'm glad that you continued to lose. It's amazing what a little training will do. You think you're doing poorly and yet your still doing better than what you were doing before the plan. I like it.

I have been "off" the diet for a little over a week now due to circumstances...but obviously I have been changing my eating habits...I weighed myself today expecting to at least be the same I weighed last week...more likely that I would be closer back to my start weight. Imagine my surprise when I saw that I had dropped another 5 or 6 pounds. So I am down a total of 15...So happy to hear that you have broken the 200 lb mark...its all down hill (or is that down scale?) from there...
