Passion, tomorrow I'll get back on track with my fitness
Not that I've let myself go but it feels that way.

Winter is the time when it's so easy to gain weight...
I've been lazy lately myself.

Grail, I didn't make it through the whole thing
My legs couldn't do it.  It's amazing the different stresses between yoga and weightlifting.  I'm going to do both so I'll be able to lift a car when I'm done.  =)

It took awhile for me to get to the point that I didn't hate yoga. I waited for that calming effect, but I was so irritated that it was difficult for me, I was hardly feeling calm or enlightened!  Plus the yoga DVD in my program (P90X) is 92 minutes, so that's a long time for you first attempt! Sounds like you did okay. :)

The one I tried today seemed to pull at my legs the most
Which is good because that's exactly what I was looking for.

I had a "Back Yoga" tape, years ago. I used to "try" to do it.
I can tell you that even though I feel I was only mildly successful with most of the moves and couldn't do it for very long, it helped a lot with the back pain I was getting.
It disapeared and I have been seeking/missing it ever since.
