are you made at me or what??? you called me bel again. Seriously, if I did or said something to offend you it was not intentional.
Michigan does suck and if it weren't for the kids we would have been the hell out of here. Our dear Governor made a statement recently that we haven't hit rock bottom "yet". Sounds to me like she is planning to let it get that way.

I have an online friend who says the unemployment in Michigan is HORRIBLE, and he is leaving the state, moving South to obtain work. Looks like you're having a good 2007 so far!

This is good news. Any port in a storm is the way I look at it. I'd hate working nights, but I would if I had to.
Queen V is contemplating applying for a job at another hospital much closer to where we live. The problem is it's a night shift post, from seven until seven. It'll certainly disrupt our routine, but it could eventually lead to a day shift position. She still hasn't decided yet.

I am glad he is back to work. It is a bad shift but not working is worse. Be blessed.

bel....
My husband got stuck with the night shift one time - it was awful. The man would sleep all day, get up, have dinner with us, watch tv, get ready for work, and was gone. We crossed paths when I was going out the door to work and he was coming home. It got to where we had to have premeditated sex! BUT, at least he was working and I didn't have to worry about getting pregnant. lol
I'm happy for you and Carl that you are both working. It saves a lot of grief.

He will start work at 6 PM, an 8 hour shift if they take lunch would get him out of work ohhhhhhhh about 2:20 AM and then about another hour to get him. 4 Am or so??? Hmmm maybe that is actually early LOL!

Lol...I'd love to stay up with you Bel, but something tells me it wouldn't work out very well. I'm glad Carl got called back to work earlier than you were expecting, though.
