Good points, good points.

On the idea of discrimination being taught, you're definitely right. However, if the ignorance was fixed, the foundation upon which the discrimination is based would be gone.

And yeah, some ignorances are wonderful to have ;)

I just want to life in a world where people look at each other and see themselves like a mirror reflection. People would understand one another better. There would be no seperation between us. When I see people I don't see color, or wealth, or illness, or male or female...I just see people struggling to make it, questioning their existence, and seeking love as I do. ~Good work...very thought provoking post as always~

Not sure I agree with you totally,

"Discrimination is an aftereffect of ignorance "

Seems to me in my memory, discrimination is taught, subtly of course but taught, with small words, and I remember growing up with it being taught in a thousand little ways.

Where I may disagree with your statement however, is that ignorance of some things is sometimes cherished.

I do enjoy your writing my friend.
