Thanks for the kind words, Tony...

As you may have determined, I have written extensively on the environment, and especially about the atmospheric greenhouse and the ozone layer. You can find pertinent details in the excerpts from my book, THE CHICKEN LITTLE AGENDA—DEBUNKING EXPERTS' LIES, here on Blogit. See especially chapters 1 & 2, which appear in their entirety here.

As to your question, it is virtually impossible that such flooding will occur in the near term. There is no evidence of a run-away greenhouse effect, despite Al Gore's dire predictions. The only substantial evidence of a link between CO2 and atmospheric temperature that has been found in the geologic history of ice cores is a correlation between the two, where CO2 rises about 5,000 to 10,000 years following a significant atmospheric temperature increase – note that this is the reverse of what Gore predicts.

Understand that the atmospheric greenhouse is a very real phenomenon. Without it, our planet would be unlivable. What is important is that the atmosphere has stabilized, and is not presently undergoing any significant changes – certainly none driven by human activity. The occasional increases and decreases in global temperature that have been noted during human history appear to be the result, not of planetary position, but of solar activity. Our sun is actually a mildly variable star, and as its output changes from time to time, the overall atmospheric temperature of our planet changes with it.

Take the time to read my book excerpts and the related comments, and also read SCIENCE 101 - CHICKEN LITTLE'S JOURNAL where I discuss this and other science related matters.

Hi - just discovered your site - I don't do as much browsing as I should -
What an impressive array of talent and knowledge. Good luck with your radio appearance. Incidentally, although it runs against the grain of what most people are saying, and I do think we should cut back on industrial and transport emissions as a matter of prudence, I've always felt sure that the main cause of global warming is an entirely natural event due probably to the position of the earth and the sun in the galaxy - would you agree? Or is there some other cause? Also, do you foresee major coastal flooding in the States eastern coastline and in other lowlying areas in the not too distant future, or not?
