That is great that you have submitted some of your writing to publications.  Even if nothing comes of it, you still will have acted as a pro is supposed to.  Not dreaming about it. . , but actually doing it.

By the way, my goal is to be 100% debt-free by the end of 2007.

Merry Christmas. Haven't got any goals yet, but that could change. Maybe a few more ladies to flirt with...

Troosha
you may want to do more research before plunking down the money.  There is a lawsuit around here over the basic empty promises of lazar treatment for smoking.  Best of luck to you.

Ummm…
Quit smoking (I’m going to try the lazar treatment which boasts as being very successful).
Use excerpts of my poetry to try and create greeting cards
Be more physically active (I don’t have a coat rack but I have a beautiful beach to walk along)
And last, but certainly not least, get involved in some community service – I think I’d like to read to seniors confined to a “home” or just in failing health.

Keep submitting your articles, Bel. Eventually you’ll find a match.

Bel, I really never set goals. 2007 may be a bit different...I am going to
1. Get teeth- Blog post coming soon  #2-Quit Smokingagain  #3-Go back to school-Spanish   and traveling with camera in tow taking pictures of everthing I see. Other than that not much lol

Nope...Well I guess my goal is to have a goal.

Yeah.

Among other things, to get that blankety blank replacement color cartridge
to snap in place in my printer. That's for today.  Other goals - lose another dress size through healthy eating, and sell something I've written.

The best goals are lofty, but attainable. Yours certainly fit the bill. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I don't make New Year's resolutions, but there are a number of things on my "to do" list. In fact, I planned on writing a post about them some time after Christmas. For now, you'll have to wait and see.

It saddens me as well.  I know you may not completely understand but I had to make a decision that hurt me deeply and I pray in the end it will help someone I care for deeply.

Hi, bel, I'm a little down to see how things are going here on Blogit.  I would like to see everybody happy, you know what I mean?  I don't have any goals for 2007.  I'm just me, already retired and not having to set goals anymore.  If I had one , I think it would be to stay healthy and happy.
