Star 4,

I know I have read you before, and commented, but I have been away from Blogit for awhile and need to look at your blogs again to remember your work.

     Thanks for reading....      JJ Flash

Gypsy,

Your mention of M-80s brought to mind fond memories.

A friend and I were at the parade for the local rodeo some years back, and I happened to have two or three of the big gray ones with the side fuse that looked kind of like a small, green, miniature, chunk of dynamite fuse.

I set one up with the old cigarette butt time delay.  It was in some bushes next to the newspaper office.  We absconded and waited.  When that baby blew about ten cops and a flock of onlookers ran down to check out the scene.  At that point I assumed the innocent bystander look and watched for about fifteen minutes.

That kind of fun doesn't come around every day.  The only better one was in the high school library.  I taped a ladyfinger to the bottom of a bookshelf and equipped it with a smoldering string time-delay.  Nobody knew how to react, so they just went on, business as usual, as if nothing had happened.  Quite amazing.

Mischief making is a lonely game.  I could never get any neat looking girls to join in.  Well, I should qualify that, but maybe it's better I don't.

Honestly...
there are days when I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. But then I just figure it's you. I like blowing things up too. I wonder If I have M-80's left over from 4th of July? lol

Afzal,

I guess it was just a start, wasn't it?  I'm counting on the snowball effect.  Get one of those going, and pretty soon the whole side of the mountain is coming down.

There is an advantage to leaving a bunch of loose ends hanging.  When you aren't quite sure what to do, you just grab onto a loose end and go for a ride.

Too, people love nothing more than yanking on loose ends.  I won't go into the motivation behind that right at this time, but there is nothing that can compare to the satisfaction of correctly predicting human reactions.  I call it ''The Big Wisdom Test.''

Well, that's enough for now.  I like the brevity of your comments--thought provoking.
