Success, I've used those subliminal tapes on myself before with the
pretty music and the supposed messages to do this, that or the other. Did they work? I don't really know.

I was hypnotized once
I remembered everything they said and was aware during the whole time so I had no worries about anything unknown being implanted. I would imagine you could request you be left aware. Not sure. I know one person who used hypnotism for weight loss. She said it worked but the problem is you have to keep going back and it can get quite exensive.

I wonder if replaying the recording during a quiet time
would help reinforce the session. Like a self hypnosis booster shot.

I wish it WERE spring...As for hypnotherapy, I understand not everyone
can be hypnotised. You could always have the session taped to make sure nothing crazy occurred. If the hypnotist refuses, you know they may have been up to something!
