I weighed myself too...it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be...but not as good as you...I gained back 2 pounds...but it just leaves me more determined that ever...

MC, that's a beautiful gift!

I think that so many people get married and then let themselves go.  I don't think it's right.  I think we should strive to stay attractive to our spouse.

Success, When the change is felt either positively or negatively
it is a great motivating force!    My wife and I have made a covenant that we are going to give to each other the Christmas gift of losing as much weight as we possibly can by Christmas!
