offer is not small, or insignificant. "Cloak and dagger" to protect her and the nation... even Gandhi encouraged certain villages and its people in India to fight for the British in WW2, to teach them COURAGE. He said Courage is more important than nonviolence. Amazing...isn't this? Good Going, Soldier!

Offering someone Cloak to shield you from the cold and dark, is no small gift - it is a gift of love and for most women all they want (along with the undying love, of course).  Beautiful love poem.
