Well, if I wasn't married, I might indulge in some Chardonnay
I'm going with the five smaller meals and I already drink gallons of water.  It hasn't worked for me in the past but I'm going to reduce portions even further.  Part of my problem has been competing thoughts.  Got to fuel the muscles for weightlifting but not eat much for weight loss.  Time to pick one.

i remember reading it somewhere
but seriously - this is how i lost weight from my 3 pregnancies.  SMALLER PORTIONS AND FIVE MEALS A DAY.  Use a salad plate - try to eat healthy all week - no food after 6pm - and gallons of water at night.  i eat healthy (fresh salmon, tuna, sardines, and broccoli).  then you are allowed to cheat on the weekends.  trouble is - when you start seeing results - you don't want to cheat anymore.  the body needs food - just in smaller portions and gobs and gobs of water to break down fat cells.  that's my two cents.

Now that's an interesting little bit of trivia.
There are sex diet books out there already but you could add it as a chapter in your Bar Diet book.

i should - here's another little tidbit
do you know how many calories you kill in one orgasm?  i don't remember exactly but i think for a man it is 1000 and a woman 750.  once again we get shorted!!!!!!!!  keep that one under wraps or everyone will be headed for the bathroom - hahaha

Lady, you should write a book. The beer and potato chip diet.
You're bound to get all kinds of free press from people saying how unhealthy it is.  The cover could have a picture of you with the vices in hand, all skinny.

i have been the same size since i was 12
the only thin one in my family - and i am a clone of my mother - maybe it is because i had allergies to chocolate - maybe that saved me - but i can put away the potato chips and beer - good luck
