The wrong things can be so fun!
And the right ones are often so dull.

Bounce back?  I included my own email address to avoid that - most odd.  Thank you Azur.

Who's to know if the things we're lost in are wrong?
There are many threads in the universe's tapestry, and the one that pulls you may well be right. If we're lucky one day we'll figure it out. :)

azur, it's always easy to do something other than
the thing you are supposed to be doing, and I was going to say something similar to silvermoon7.... losing yourself in something else can free the mind and set it to the 'right' thing for when you go back to it, so may not be as 'wrong' as all that.

because they're easier,
and more immediately fulfilling.
and perhaps not as wrong as you might think...
I missed you while I was gone.

azur - i think we avoid doing things as a way to avoid learning about
ourselves.  what if we're as bad as we think we are?  what if we're worse than we think we are, and even more disturbing, what if we're better?  ooo- scary stuff!

It is odd when you write something you didn't know you knew.

You know?

I lead a double life, too, Azur, it's hard to give up that mask and that
freedom, the imaginaion that that can create.  Heady inspiration and distraction, it's hard to balance with real work.

I wish I knew...
... I will find almost anything to do to avoid writing, yet once I start, I can't seem to stop.  I wish I'd stopped far earlier and had more time.

The good thing that will help me make progress this weekend is that my writing will become a method of procrastination for my researching voting issues.
