Numbers 9 and 11 ring a bell with me danceswithwords. I tend to worry too much instead of writing.
and as for the reputation, I should know that as I was self employed for 25 years. I tend to forget how long it took me to build up my reputation. Thank you.

Thank you for understanding the circles.
Running in circles and winding up in the same place is exhausting. Your points create ways to break the chain and cycle of the wheel and catch yourself off-guard...and most importantly to expect and create excellence. Truly setting the stage for success. Thank you for your suggestions.

very sensible advice.
common sense simple and very helpful. I will need to reread this from time to time it is so good and applies to life in general as well. I am not a professional writer but I can overdo it and get much too intense about things. Thanks for the tips. I bet it helps you too and acts as a reminder to yourself, when you are drifting away from your own advice... it happens to the best of us.

excellent advice
I have been crying for 3 days from work overload---First time in my life I just shut down and could not go to work--today I think I can get dressed, and go outside and face it again.......so everyone please read this blog and do it. I am an overachiever, and too nice for my own good. Be kind, but set boundaries.

I use # 10 a lot...
What it does it give your brain a chance to work in the background, forming a story or whatever. It's amazing what the brain can do when you're not messing with it!
